2-Month Risk-Free Trial – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Blue Aspen Marketing 2-Month Risk-Free Trial, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services Included
   • Full audit of your current marketing assets, including ad accounts and website performance.
   • Management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for up to 60 days.
   • Campaign buildout, tracking setup, targeting, keyword strategy, and performance monitoring.
   • Monthly performance reporting and strategy calls.
2. What’s Not Included
   • Ad spend is not included in the trial and must be paid directly by the client to Google and Meta.
   • This offer does not include:
     • Website design or development work
     • SEO strategy or execution
     • Graphic design, video production, or other creative assets
3. Eligibility
   • Offer is available to new clients only.
   • Businesses must be located in the United States and operate in an eligible service industry.
   • Limited to the first 15 qualified businesses who sign up.
4. No Long-Term Commitment
   • No contracts or ongoing obligations are required beyond the 2-month trial period.
   • You may cancel services at any time during the trial without penalty.
5. Trial Start Date
   • The 60-day trial period begins when your first ad campaign goes live.
   • Any onboarding or delays in ad account access do not count toward the trial period.
6. Additional Services
   • If additional services (e.g., landing page design, SEO, video, etc.) are requested, they will be quoted separately and are not part of the free trial.
